About The Bunny Expo

The Bunny Expo is a themed event taking place on April 24, 2027, at the Vineland Convention Center in Vineland, New Jersey.

More than a traditional expo, The Bunny Expo brings together education, entertainment, and rabbit advocacy while connecting the public with rabbit rescue organizations. Rescue participants will have the opportunity to showcase adoptable rabbits, educate attendees about responsible rabbit care, recruit volunteers and foster homes, and share their mission with a highly engaged audience of rabbit lovers and animal welfare supporters.

Rescue spaces are available in multiple sizes. Organizations may bring their own tables and displays or rent tables and chairs during registration for an additional fee.

Rescue Application Agreement

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that:

Event Participation

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Event organizers reserve the right to approve or deny any application.
Vendor space assignments are determined by event management.

Fees & Refunds

Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
No refunds will be issued for weather, vendor cancellation, travel issues, or failure to attend.

Setup & Breakdown

Rescues agree to arrive during designated setup times.
Rescues must remain open during published event hours.
Early breakdown is prohibited unless approved by event management.

Conduct

Rescues are responsible for maintaining a professional, family-friendly display and work in friendly community with other vendors.
No illegal, offensive, dangerous, or prohibited items may be sold or displayed.
Rescues are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licenses, permits, and tax requirements.

Liability

Rescues assume all risk for loss, theft, or damage to merchandise, equipment, and personal property.
Rescues release The Bunny Expo, Puffball Paradise Rabbit Sanctuary, venue management, sponsors, volunteers, and event staff from liability for injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from participation.

Indemnification

Rescues agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bunny Expo and its affiliates from claims resulting from the vendor's actions, products, services, or negligence.

Photography

Rescues grant permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.

Rabbit Rescue Terms & Conditions

I understand that The Bunny Expo is not a same-day adoption event.

I agree that all adoption inquiries will be handled through my organization’s regular screening and adoption process.

I agree to keep my table/display open during published event hours.

I understand that table placement is determined by event management.

I understand that rescue partners are responsible for their own materials, displays, table coverings, animal supplies, and any required rabbit care items.

I understand that The Bunny Expo does not support the breeding, sale, or promotion of domestic rabbits for breeding purposes.

I agree that event organizers may remove displays, materials, or merchandise that conflict with the mission or policies of the event.
