The Bunny Expo is a themed event spectacular taking place on April 24, 2027, at the Vineland Convention Center in Vineland, New Jersey.

More than a traditional expo, The Bunny Expo combines shopping, education, entertainment, hands-on experiences, and rabbit advocacy into a one-of-a-kind community event.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that:

Sponsorship Participation

• Submission of a sponsorship application does not guarantee acceptance.

• Event organizers reserve the right to approve or decline any sponsorship application.

• Sponsorship benefits, placements, and recognition opportunities are subject to availability and final approval by event management.

Sponsorship Fees & Payments

• Sponsorship commitments are not considered confirmed until payment is received or a mutually agreed payment schedule is established.

• Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Marketing & Promotional Materials

• Sponsors are responsible for providing logos, artwork, advertisements, promotional materials, and other assets by any published deadlines.

• The Bunny Expo is not responsible for missed promotional opportunities resulting from late or incomplete submissions.

Conduct & Brand Alignment

• Sponsors agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner and support the family-friendly nature of the event.

• Event organizers reserve the right to refuse sponsorships that conflict with the mission, values, or safety standards of the event.

Liability

• Sponsors assume responsibility for their own property, displays, personnel, promotional materials, and activities.

• Sponsors release The Bunny Expo, Puffball Paradise Rabbit Sanctuary, the Vineland Convention Center, event staff, volunteers, and affiliates from liability for loss, damage, injury, or claims arising from participation in the event.

Photography & Media

• Sponsors grant permission for their business name, logo, photographs, and video captured during the event to be used in event marketing, publicity, and future promotional materials.

Sponsorship Benefits

• Sponsorship benefits are provided according to the sponsorship level selected and any custom agreements approved by event management.

• Additional opportunities may be available but are not guaranteed unless specifically included in a written sponsorship agreement.
